 Daniel Hanley is a co-founder and principal of Cenergetix and has been involved in developing energy efficiency solutions for hospitality and commercial building owners and operators throughout the US and Canada. Mr. Hanley’s interest in efficient operations started in 1997 when he purchased a property to develop and build “Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant”. Mr. Hanley continues to evaluate and introduce exciting efficiency solutions to his customers and has successfully implemented these solutions in over 10 million square feet of facilities.

Mr. Hanley holds a BS degree from Catholic University and is a member in many organizations which provide the contacts within the energy efficiency arena. With Cenergetix, Mr. Hanley has led the sales team in obtaining thousands of projects in LED Lighting upgrades. 

 Thaddeus Bradley-Lewis is the Chief Operating Officer for Cenergetix and has over 15 years of experience managing large teams of staff personnel and vendors across the country. Mr. Bradley-Lewis’s ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement and grow capabilities suited to operating in the public sector has led to the successful acquisition of nationwide federal contracts valued in the millions of dollars. He currently leverages his expertise in fostering repeatable approaches to Cenergetix’s workflows, allowing it to reach more customers and complete projects effectively and efficiently. 

 Ryan Gesinski is the Chief Financial Officer for Cenergetix and has over 20 years of experience providing accounting services, managing accounting teams, and overseeing financial strategies for a variety of businesses. In his career, Mr. Gesinski has advised large corporations such as GE Commercial Finance as well as fostered the financial health of small businesses. His guidance proved instrumental in driving the financial success of Innotion Enterprises, Inc., a small business that became large through the acquisition of hundreds of millions of dollars in federal contracts and subcontracts in the REO property preservation industry. 

Mr. Haley has over 10 years advocating for energy conservation with a two-pronged approach: advising businesses on reducing their energy consumption and leading by example through his own entrepreneurial endeavors. As an Energy Efficiency Advisor, Mr. Haley utilizes his expertise at Cenergetix to help businesses make informed decisions about their lighting infrastructure. His ability to translate complex energy efficiency concepts into practical solutions empowers businesses to make a positive impact on the environment while improving their bottom line. 

Beyond his role at Cenergetix, Mr. Haley embodies the entrepreneurial spirit as the president of his own small business. This experience allows him to understand the unique challenges faced by businesses, fostering a sense of empathy and a collaborative approach in his work as an Advisor. 

Mr. Vitale is the VP of Business Development for Cenergetix and has been specializing in lighting for over 10 years focusing on the services industry such as restaurants, country clubs, schools, and clinics. Mr. Vitale has been involved in putting together the marketing plans and organization requirements for the expansion of Cenergetix LLC to other regions and efficiency areas other than lighting.

 Mr. Davis joined the Cenergetix team in 2020 as a Senior Business Development Engineer. Since then, he has worked with small and large businesses to design and implement solutions to reduce the consumption and cost of energy. Mr. Davis delivers results through B2B direct sales, strategic networking, and renewing/expanding the solutions provided to existing clients. Prior to joining Cenergetix. 

Mr. Davis retired from a 32-year operations management career within the biotechnology and medical device industries. He has extensive experience in the implementation of cost-reducing measures on a local and global scale. Mr. Davis leverages this experience to create a consultative relationship with Cenergetix customers who benefit from his insight into operations management. He takes great joy in helping customers lower their operating costs.

Mr. Smith is Cenergetix’s Logistics/Field Project Manager. He has over 10 years of experience managing warehouses and overseeing supply chain operations for an exceptional variety of businesses. His expertise in managing inventory levels, coordinating staging for installations, and completing quality control tasks allows Cenergetix to complete projects with unmatched speed without sacrificing quality. 

Mr. Smith's approach to strategic planning, team leadership, technology integration, problem-solving, and cost control contribute to a track record of optimizing operations, boosting efficiency, and exceeding customer expectations.

Mr. Lewis is Cenergetix’s Operations Manager. A recent graduate of Kenyon College, he applies the skills gained with his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics to reviewing Sales proposals to ensure that customers are receiving the most efficient measures that will reduce energy consumption and capture the appropriate utility rebates. 

Mr. Lewis’ collaborative approach, fostered during his time as captain of the Kenyon College basketball team, allows him to ensure all communication lines between Operations, Sales, and Installation personnel are open and effective.
